Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time on our website. It's free and takes a few seconds.

1. Go to My account and sign in.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then tap Delete for good.

What we delete

As soon as you confirm, we delete:

• your account and sign-in details
• your saved delivery address
• your saved payment customer details at Stripe, our payment provider
• your email sign-ups ("Stay connected" and "Email me when it's back")
• any reviews you've left

What we keep

The law requires us to keep records of the orders you've placed for 6 years, for tax. We keep them only for that and for any return or refund, and they are no longer linked to an account. After 6 years they're deleted. See our Privacy Policy.

Can't sign in?

If you can't sign in, send us a message using the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll do it within one month, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.
