Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that websites store on your device. Similar technology, called local storage, lets a website remember things in your browser. This page explains what our website uses. We call them all "cookies" here.

The short version

We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We don't track you across other websites, and we don't share your browsing with anyone.

When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use preference cookies as well as the essential ones. Choose Accept all or Essential only. Your choice is saved in your browser, so we won't ask again on this device. You can change it at any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page, or here: change your cookie settings.

Essential cookies (always on)

These are strictly necessary for features you've asked for, so under UK law they don't need your consent.

• Your basket remembers what you've added, so it's still there when you move between pages or come back later.
• Your saved items (the ♡) remember the products you've saved.
• Your cookie choice remembers whether you chose Accept all or Essential only.
• Sign-in. If you sign in to your account, or our staff sign in to the store admin, this keeps you signed in. It's set by our website host, Base44.
• Secure checkout. When you tap "Checkout securely", you go to a payment page run by Stripe. Stripe sets its own cookies there to make your payment work and to prevent fraud. See Stripe's cookie policy.
• Card payment testing. A setting kept only until you close the tab, used by our staff to try the checkout.
• Security. Our hosting provider may set a short-lived technical cookie to protect the site from attacks and abuse.

Preference cookies (only if you accept)

• Recently viewed remembers the last 12 products you've opened, so we can show them again on the home, shop and product pages. You can clear the list with the "Clear" button next to it.

If you choose Essential only, we don't keep this, and we delete any list already stored.

Where it's kept

All of this stays on your device, apart from Stripe's cookies on its payment page. Your basket and saved items aren't sent to us unless you place an order.

Links to other websites

When you tap a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok or Google reviews, you leave our website. Those services have their own cookie and privacy policies.

How to clear or block them

You can clear stored data for this site at any time in your browser's settings, usually under "Privacy" or "Site data". This empties your basket and saved items and forgets your cookie choice, so we'll ask again. You can also block cookies and site data altogether, but the basket and checkout won't work if you do.
